Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right.
How does the subscription work?
When you join, you’ll receive a new piece of happy mail each month, delivered straight to your mailbox!
What’s included in each month’s mail?
Each issue includes a little collection of goodies inspired by that month’s theme. You can expect things like a letter, a recipe, art, stickers, postcards, and occasionally a little sorpresa. ✨
When will I be charged?
Your subscription renews automatically each month until you decide to cancel.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes! You can cancel your subscription anytime before your next billing date.
When does my mail ship?
Each month’s mail is prepared and shipped during the scheduled mailing period.
How long will it take to arrive?
Delivery times vary depending on your location and USPS service. Most mail should arrive within the expected delivery window, but please allow a little extra time for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other destinations outside the contiguous U.S. USPS notes that transportation to these destinations can sometimes take longer.
Do you offer international shipping?
Not at this time! El Rinconcito currently ships within the 50 states + Puerto Rico.
Will every month be different?
¡Claro que sí! Every issue has its own theme, inspired by Puerto Rican culture, memories, recipes, traditions, and nostalgia.
Can I gift a subscription?
Yes! 🥹💌 A little piece of cultura delivered to someone’s mailbox? Literally the cutest gift.
What if my mail gets lost or arrives damaged?
Once your mail is with the postal service, delivery is unfortunately outside of my control. However, please reach out if there’s an issue and I’ll do my best to help!
Can I use a P.O. Box?
Absolutely! As long as USPS delivers to the address provided, your Rinconcito can make its way to you.
Who is El Rinconcito for?
For anyone who wants to stay connected to their roots, learn about and celebrate Puerto Rican food, culture, or simply loves nostalgia and receiving happy mail. ❤️
What does “El Rinconcito” mean?
It means “the little corner.” Consider this our little corner! A place to gather, share stories, preserve traditions, and keep a little piece of home close, no matter the distance.
